I started the Ocala Road Land Co. as a way to help everyday people become landowners. Land is a wonderful asset to own, and one that usually appreciates in value over time. Too many people think land ownership is only for the already wealthy, and requires big stockpiles of cash to purchase. That might be the case with some properties, but for most it’s not true.
