Buying a property with a cash sale is a great way to take ownership of land right away and achieve your goals faster.

At Ocala Road, we don’t conduct cash sales via an online purchase form. Here’s the simple 4-step process we’ve set up if you’d like to move forward with a cash sale on this property:

  1. Reach out to us via email or phone (850-270-8086) and let us know which property you’re looking to buy and when you’d like to close.
  2. We’ll send you a Purchase and Sale Agreement to review and sign.
  3. You’ll have the option of paying via Checkbook.io where we send you a request for payment and you’ll pay via ACH. Or, we can provide you wire instructions.
  4. Once your payment has cleared, we’ll draw up a Warranty Deed and file it with the county clerk’s office to transfer ownership to you.

If you prefer to close with a title company of your choice, we can do that as well. You as the buyer will be responsible for compensating the title company.

All properties are covered by our 90 day guarantee – we’ll refund your deposit within 90 days if you don’t like the property for whatever reason. Only the doc fee of $249 is not refundable.
