2. We’ll send you a Purchase and Sale Agreement to review and sign.
3. The Purchase Agreement is sent to a local title company, who handles the transaction.
4. Before closing, you will wire funds to the title company, and on closing day, you’ll receive the signed and recorded deed to your new property!
